Chanin Tolson Woods is the winner of the BioVis@ISMB 2016 Best Poster Award sponsored by F1000 for her poster on “Visual exploration of the functional consequence of structure and structure change in RNA ensembles”.
The BioVis team is excited to announce the upcoming SMC-RNA BioVis Data Visualization DREAM Challenge. The challenge will invite the community to contribute innovative solutions for the visualization of transcript isoforms and gene/transcript fusions that allow investigators to gain new insights into RNA biology and human disease.
The capstone speaker for BioVis@ISMB will be Dave J Miller from the Division of Cancer Biology at the National Cancer Institute. Dave will be speaking about NIH perspectives on data visualization.
