To identify the underlying causes of human diseases, we investigate connections between genes associated with diseases and developmental gene sets. To facilitate exploration of the resulting data from our analysis, we developed a web-based tool that visualizes the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) disease trees using a simplified presentation of the tree structure. This simplification allows users to easily identify the general nature of diseases associated with specific gene sets at a glance, by providing an abstract view of the disease trees. This tool will empower researchers to discover hidden relationships between developmental processes and diseases.
