Navigation and Exploration System for Stem Cell Image Data
In this abstract we propose the augmentation to work done in the direction of analysis of and querying of Visual Data coming from time-lapse cell microscopy system. We present a modular system that segments the raw images, derives semantic data from such images, and creates databases that it queries to satisfy user query.
